Payment conditions
After making an order, the purchaser shall receive Pay Pal Money Request by email. The Money Request will have the price of the ordered goods increased by the shipping cost. RC Factory may first contact the purchaser by email, to consult the preferred shipping method and its cost. The purchaser may refuse the Pay Pal Money Request thus technically cancelling the order.
Payment security
The payment is executed via the service of Pay Pal, Inc. RC Factory does not receive any information concerning the purchaser’s credit card numbers, card validity dates, account numbers or any other financial information concerning the purchaser whatsoever.
Privacy/personal data protection
Personal data provided by the purchaser shall be treated according to the existing Czech law, shall be considered confidential and shall not be provided to third parties.
Commercial transactions in this e-shop are governed by the existing Civil and Commercial Codex of the Czech Republic.
Limited warranty
The warranty provided does not extend to damages caused by model crashes, damages to engines from the use of unsuitable fuels and lubricants, damages caused by running the products outside the range of their approved parameters. The manufacturer’s authorized personnel makes the final decision concerning any disputed warranty claim.
Telephone confirmation
RC Factory reserves the right to confirm any order by telephone call or e-mail before shipping.
Price change
RC Factory reserves the right to change prices without prior warning. In the same time, it guarantees that all goods ordered yet undelivered in the moment of the price change shall be charged the smaller amount of the new and old price.
Availability
RC Factory is entitled to cancel / refuse an order in full or partially in case that the ordered product is not available or its production was terminated by the manufacturer.
Shipping & Handling
Handling is free. RC Factory will try to find the most economical shipping method for each order and possibly consult the purchaser before selecting one. For any order valued above 200 EUR incl. VAT, shipping to European countries (EU member states) is FREE. Orders exceeding 500 EUR incl. VAT are shipped FREE into any country of the world.
